Mold-making and casting

We can work with a variety of materials including silicone, resin, plaster, wax, alginate, metals and more to make the molds and casts you need for your product or project.

We can cast life like full-body replicas, head-busts, prosthetics, architectural elements, game pieces, scultpure and more. We also produce the best molds for the material you are using to cast your product, while also making sure that the molds will produce the appropriate number of casts.

prototyping

We are your best option to produce a prototype of your product before you scale it up and go large scale. We can sculpt and construct from raw materials to custom create your vision so that it is mold, prop or scan ready. If you are going for mass production, once you have it molded or scanned, produce limitless copies of your product.

carpentry

We can design and build custom props from your sketches, or we can sketch them out in advance, proceeding with your approval before construction. There are multiple finishes that you can apply to our creations. restoration

With our detailed mold-making and sculpting skills, we can restore architecture and art, bringing your valuable historic property back to life.

One of our technicians can visit the location of the structure or artwork location and perform a detailed analysis of the damage, the original construction, and the materials needed to get the job done correctly.

props

Props of all sizes and shapes can be offered. If we don't have the prop and can't find it within our network, it can always be constructed. Your imagination is the limit.

Fabrics and textures are limitless. Lighting features and animatronics can be integrated as well to bring your prop to life!

set design

We can design and install full interiors for movie, television and theater sets as well. Lighting integration is a key with sets, and we will make sure that all of the light sources in the set enhance the photography of the actors and actresses.

Large-scale sets can buildt with truss cores for stability and static backgrounds, or they can be built with wooden-frame cores, which can be more expensive, but allow for more mobility. This can be critical for theater, when set pieces need to be rolled in and out of the background between scenes.
